The rental location "Riga Classic Apartments or Classic and Deluxe apartment in the center of Riga" is intended only for Guests that are in the business trip or travellers that require comfortable rest and place for living during their trip to Riga destination. Any type of noisy celebrations or parties are strictly prohibited. Smoking is also prohibited in the apartments, public halls and building’ stairs. In order not to disturb other neighbours during the night period (22:00 – 8:00) no loud music or behaviour is allowed. The Guests have personal material liability for any damage of equipment, furniture and appliances located in the apartments.
BREAKFAST - if you have breakfast included in the room rate, so we do not hotel (inn) and apartments (flat), we guarantee that the apartments will be tea, coffee, sugar, salt and honey. Our team reserve the right to offer you breakfast in our understanding, namely: in the refrigerator will be left yoghurt for you, sliced cheese, eggs, milk, vegetables (such as cucumbers or tomatoes), biscuits. Muesli or cornflakes. Cake or chocolatte. Sunflower or olive oil. And on very hot days we have in the freezer is always a delicious ice cream and a bottle of water.

For additional accommodation to the visitor or resident a few visitors in the room from 23:00 to 07:00 hours will be charged according to the price list approved by the apartments. Temporary residence in the apartment must not exceed one month. Accommodation over a specified period is only possible in agreement with the owner of the apartment. At the end of the period of residence of guests staying is obliged to vacate the apartment before check-out time (11:00 of the current day), the extension of the period of stay is made only when there is no reservation on the apartment details. Depending on the availability of apartments and other apartments can be made available, living by necessity. When charged the extension of residence: - For each hour when going from 11.00 to 18.00, - 50% of the apartment price (the price at the time of stay) when going from 18.00 to 24.00, - For a full day - on departure after 24.00.

Pets are always welcome at rental location "Classic and Deluxe apartment in the center of Riga". A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. Service animals will be exempt from charge. Charged at check-in. Cash payment.
You don't have to leave your four-legged friends at home, as we offer pet-friendly rooms in all our apartments. Calculate price, the weight of your pet:
5 - 6 kg € 20,00 EUR + 21% VAT Price per night
7 - 9 kg € 30,00 EUR + 21% VAT Price per night
+ 10 kg € 45,00 EUR + 21% VAT Price per night
This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating guest room.
Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 85 cm and no taller than 85 cm. Larger, or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval.

Welcome to GUESTARRIVAL.EU! Guestarrival.eu is an online retailing point that provides additional items and Goods to be purchased by BOOKINGRIGA Guests. Our Guests can by additional items and Goods during apartment reservation process, during their stay at apartments and even after return home. We are legally registered as a private company in Latvia. Purchase at Guestarrival.eu indicates safe and well-managed trade.
In co-operation with our dedicated Partners we offer a large variety of products for our Guests online. Because of our quality goods and service, 90% of our new customers would place their next orders. We try to make sure that all information on the Website, including descriptions of our Goods, and listed prices, are accurate and correct at all times. However, mistakes do happen. We will try to resolve all information errors on the Website as soon as reasonably possible, and if we reasonably think that such an error has affected your purchase of Goods we will try to let you know. However, because we take these steps we will not be liable to you for any errors on the Website.

2. BUYING GOODS
This Part 2 sets out some terms which apply to your purchase or reservation of Goods from us through the Website.
Part 2a - Purchase
You make an offer to purchase a product from us (your "Order") by completing the staged process on the Website as set out below:

Your Order only constitutes an offer to purchase Goods from us, and does not form a binding contract until accepted by us. Where you order more than one product your Order contains a series of offers for each product individually.
On receipt of your Order, we will send you an Order acknowledgement email to the email address which you provide in the Order process. This Order acknowledgement email will contain your Order number, details of the Goods ordered and a delivery estimate. Note that this email is only to acknowledge that your Order has been received, and is not acceptance by us of any offers to purchase Goods.
We must receive full payment both of the price of the Goods and any applicable delivery charges before we can accept any offers. Where you select to pay by credit or debit card we will process the payment at the time of preparing your Goods for despatch, whereby payment will be processed upon receipt of your Order.
An offer made by you to purchase a product shall only be deemed to be accepted by us when we despatch that product to you and send you an Order dispatch email which includes details of the product. We reserve the right to refuse any offers in an Order prior to acceptance. If a product is not available we will include details of the unavailable product in the Order despatch email. A product which is not available will not be included in the contract for a product which is dispatched.
All prices and charges on the Website are in Euros (EUR) (although we can provide an indicative price in other currencies on request). Delivery charges may apply and these will be displayed in the order process or received additionally.
All prices are, unless otherwise stated, inclusive of LATVIA VAT and other applicable Latvian taxes. Our VAT number is: 40103052439. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company.
If you order Goods from our Website for delivery outside of LATVIA, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Please note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Goods are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
For customers using our Special discount card, please note this discount is only applicable when you show your discount card details.
Part 2b – Reservation
You can make an offer to reserve Goods for collection in our stores (your "Reservation") or for the individual delivery to to your apartments during your stay. Your Reservation does not form a binding contract until your Goods have been collected in-store or delivered to your apartments and paid for in full by You as a Buyer.
On receipt of your Reservation, we will send you a Reservation acknowledgement email to the email address which you provide in the Reservation process.
This Reservation acknowledgement email will contain your Reservation number, details of the Goods reserved and a delivery estimate. Note that this email is only to acknowledge that your Reservation has been received, and is not acceptance by us of any offers to purchase Goods.
The reservation, collection or delivery service is available only in Latvia.
In order to proof your identity as Buyer we would request your personal id card or passport to be shown in store or on delivery.
Goods reserved will only be held within our nominated store for collection or for delivery for a period of one (1) working day. We will not always be able to deliver pre-ordered Goods within thirty (30) days of the date you place your Order. The Website will specify when we expect the pre-ordered Goods to become available but this is an indication only and we will not be obliged to dispatch the pre-ordered Goods to you within this time as problems with new products can occur and suppliers may let us down. As with all Goods, an offer made by you to purchase pre-ordered Goods shall only be deemed to be accepted by us when we dispatch the Goods to you and send you an Order dispatch email.
If you order Goods from our Website for delivery outside of LATVIA, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. The Reserve and Collect service is unavailable throughout the Christmas period.
Part 2c - Delivery
We currently offer the delivery options detailed at our delivery page.
We endeavour to ensure that the Goods that you order are provided by the agreed delivery date and where applicable time, however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances. Neither Bookingriga.eu and Guestarrival.eus nor our nominated carrier shall be under any liability for any delay or failure to deliver the Goods within the estimated time frame.
Delivery of all Goods outside of the EU will be seven (7) - ten (10) days, except where this is not possible due to external factors such as terrorism or adverse weather, for example. If the ordered item is currently out of stock we keep the right to send the order when the item is become available from our Partners.
Delivery costs depends from the destination and may vary. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and costs. Any such change in the terms and costs will be effective to all new orders once included in the text of these terms and conditions and published on the Website. You should check the terms and conditions posted on the Website periodically to ensure that you are aware of and comply with the current version.
3. RETURNING GOODS
Part 3 sets out the terms which govern your right to return any Goods that you do not want to keep.
When we deliver your Goods to you we will include a returns slip, and information on how to return Goods to us. If you want to return any Goods you must complete the returns slip and enclose this with the Goods you are returning.
You can, at any time within thirty (30) days of receiving Goods from us, (fourteen (14) days for reduced or sale Goods) cancel your contract and return any Goods to us as long as the original labels are still on the garments.
You must then, within thirty (30) days of receiving the Goods, (fourteen (14) days for reduced or sale Goods) return the Goods to us by POST sending them in a securely wrapped parcel to the address mentioned for Goods return at our website.
We offer a free returns only for our Guests that currently stay at our apartments. Please contact our Customer Service by e-mail admin@bookingriga.eu for more details and procedure.
For other Customers return and delivery of any purchased Goods is at your own responsibility. Once you decide to return the Goods you must not use them and must take reasonable care of them while they remain in your possession and all labels must remain intact. The Goods must be returned to us intact, undamaged. We will refund the price paid for the Goods returned only if we receive undamaged Goods.
Please note that we will only accept returns dispatched through our nominated carriers.
The delivery cost of returning the Goods to us is your responsibility. All customs and import duties will be your responsibility. When booking your return you should select ‘duty payable by sender’.
If you return a faulty Goods to us, you will be liable for the import duty (but we will refund this once we have received the product and established that the product is faulty) on the condition that you send proof of this to us via the contact us page on the Website. Please note that the refund will be made by bank transfer only, to your bank account (please provide details of this when you contact us).
Refund will be made within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the returned item.
4. T&CS RELATING TO US AND YOU
This Part 5 sets out some general terms that govern our relationship with you and purchases by you.
We will not be responsible for the performance of any obligations under these terms and conditions in the case of an event outside of our reasonable control (force majeure), including (but not limited to) strikes, lockouts, failures of third party systems or networks, acts of god, fire, earthquake, storm, flood or other natural disaster, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, deliberate sabotage of or malicious damage to equipment or data or for damage to or destruction of premises or equipment.
All communications from you to us must be made in English or LATVIAN.
These terms and conditions set out the entire agreement between you and us in respect of the sale, purchase and use of the Goods. They supersede any previous agreement or understanding in relation to the subject matter hereof. They may only be varied where separately agreed in writing between you and us.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions (and the remainder of the provision in question) shall be unaffected.
Save to the extent that you exercise your right as a consumer to bring an action in or rely on the laws of your country of domicile, the interpretation, construction, effect and enforceability of these terms and conditions shall be governed by LATVIAN Law, and you and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Latvian courts for the determination of disputes.

Riga Classic Apartments - FAQ
1. Do I need to pay the deposit if I want to rent your flat?
Yes, we ask the deposit if You don't have a a Bank Card or paypal.
Deposit of 15 EUR per one night stay ( min. - deposit for 2 nights ).
All the deposits are NON-refundable
2. How do I pay the rest of the sum?
You will pay the rest of sum in cash at the day of your arrival. We do not accept credit cards in our office.
You should have the right amount of money in cash to pay the services. You can pay this sum either in our office
( if you do not order airport transfer ) or in the apartment ( our employee will show you the apartment ).
We provide you with the keys only after you pay us 100% of the sum.
3. How will I get the keys?
There are three ways how you can get the keys:
1. our employee can meet you in the apartment
2. if you order airport transfer - then you will come to the apartment with our employee and there you will get the keys.
Please notice! You will get the keys of apartment after the whole sum of money for all the time of your stay will be paid.
4. Late/early arrivals & departures.
Additional charge of 10 Euro is taken for the arrival/departure between 10.00 p.m. - 8.00 a.m.
This rule is not spread to the clients who order transfers from our company.
5. If I have a problem, whom should I call?
We hope you will not have any problems during your stay in Riga.
We offer high-quality apartments and we work directly with the apartment owners.

6. What is the time for checkout?
Check out time is normally 11:00 AM. However we are flexible and will do our best to satisfy your needs.
There may be an extra charges for late check out after 11:00
7. Is there telephone in the apartment?
Not always. When you will read the information about the apartments it will be written in the description.
Our telephones are restricted for long distance calls and calls to the mobile phones.
However, this restriction may be lifted with a prepaid advance deposit.
8. If I need a phone during my stay in Riga, can you help me?
Yes, we offer cell phones with local SIM cards for sale and rent.
9. Is bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, at no additional charge. For stays longer than 3 nights,
we provide a free light cleaning and change of bed linen and towels.
10. Is there always hot water in the apartments?
Yes, normally we have hot water 24/7.
11. Is it possible to ask the office staff to provide some food supply to the apartment where I will be staying?
Yes, we can offer you standard "breakfast food package" which includes the following products:

Milk - 1 liter

Eggs - 1 pack

Coca Cola - 1 bottle (1/25 liters)

Mineral Water - 1 bottle (1/25 liters)
Price for this service is 15 Euro.
To order the breakfast food package please contact us several days before your arrival.
If you have some special wishes regarding the food supply, please let us know.
12. If we are two or more people coming to Riga, will it be additional charge if we stay in one apartment?
You write the number of people who will stay in the apartment mentioned in your reservation request.
The price we give already includes this additional charge. The additional linen and towels will be provided.
13. I wrote you but I have not received your reply yet...What is going on?!
We reply to all requests and letters within 48 hours ( two working days ).

Booking acceptance is subject to to the availability of the indicated apartment and to the payment of the advance and than it is implemented with the consequent execution of the contract, only at the moment in which BOOKING-RIGA.COM Bookingriga.net Bookingriga.eu will send the written confirmation (by e-mail).
2. PAYMENTS
On the confirmation of the reservation BOOKING-RIGA.COM Bookingriga.net Bookingriga.eu asks the payment of the reservation deposit 20 Euro per night multiply to the number of nights the customer will be staying, while the rest of the payment in full shall be done at the arrival day.
Prices required are expressed in Euro. It is possible to pay in Lats according the current exchange rate. The secure deposit is also asked to be paid in the day of your arrival in amount of 100 Euro which will be returned back after the check out when the keys will be returned and if no damage or losses will be caused to any property in the apartment
Our prices include cleaning on arrival and after the departure, electricity, hot and cold water, heating, gas, household linen and the assistance of our staff during check-in.
3. CANCELLATION ON BEHALF OF THE Customer.
The cancellation of the reservation on behalf of the customer gives to BOOKING-RIGA.COM Bookingriga.net Bookingriga.eu the right to keep the reservation deposit which was paid in advance.
4. CANCELLATION ON BEHALF OF the BOOKING-RIGA.COM Bookingriga.net Bookingriga.eu
In the eventuality in which it would become a necessity to propose an apartment different from the settled one, or in the case of the cancellation of a before confirmed reservation, BOOKING-RIGA.COM Bookingriga.net Bookingriga.eu will keep immediately in touch with the customer and to find an accommodation with features very similar to the ones requested.
If the customer disagrees with this alternative, the reservation deposit will be refunded back to the customer.
5. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME
The check -in times are from 14.00 daytime till 23.59 o'clock of the arrival day and must be cleared within 12.00 o'clock of the last day of the stay (different agreement can be discussed and accepted). Any arrivals which are later the 22.00 are charged 10 Euro for late arrival. The same any departure before 7.00 AM is the subject of the early departure fee 15 Euro.
6. NUMBER OF PERSONS
The description of the apartment shows the highest number of persons, who can be lodged. Only by previous agreement, by e-mail, the number of the customers staying in the apartment can be increased. BOOKING-RIGA.COM Bookingriga.net Bookingriga.eu has the right to raise the price for the apartment if the number of customers will be increased the same as to decline the reservation or to dissolve the contract.
7. ANIMALS
The animals are admitted only by previous written request (by e-mail), which shall be done before the reservation and the following confirmation of vacancy.
8. CLEANING
The BOOKING-RIGA.COM Bookingriga.net Bookingriga.eu provides the cleaning before the cumstomer arrival and after the customer departure. No additional charge for the cleaning is taken.
9. RULES FOR CLIENTS
All building rules and regulations must be observed. Between 10 pm and 8 am no loud music or noise is allowed in any apartment. In case of disobserving the rules and accepted regulations, (such as noise etc. during the mentioned hours) the BOOKING-RIGA.COM Bookingriga.net Bookingriga.eu reserves the right to drive the customer/customers immediately away from the apartment without having to refund you. The customer has to cover all losses and damages caused by him to the apartment.
At the check-out, clients are requested to leave the apartment in the reasonable order, assembling all used linen on the divan and the kitchenware on the table .
All sets of the keys have to be returned. In case the apartment's keys are lost, we will be allowed to charge the amount of 20,00 Euro, which includes the change of the safety lock.
In case you will forget the keys inside the apartment and our staff 's presence is required to open the door, we will be allowed to charge the amount of 85,00 Euro.
10. LAW AND JURISDICTION
Your contract with us is governed by Latvian Law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of Latvian Court.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
These include events which are caused as a result of the airport strikes, adverse weather conditions, wars, strikes, fires, etc. or any other occurrences outside our direct control and which cannot have been avoided eve with all due care taken.

Local tax receipts are only available from properties for bookings where payments are made at the property. For pre-paid bookings (pay Agoda), we can issue local invoices for bookings in Singapore since Agoda is a tax resident of Singapore and also Agoda receipts for anywhere else.
